Excellent, fast service. Had an emergency at my house that needed immediate pump out and cleaning. They called me back within 10 minutes and were out to clean the septic within 2 hours same day on a Saturday. No other companies in my area were open. No extra emergency fee as well. Worker was knowledgeable about septic system and was able to fix our problem within an hour. I will be using them for bi annual cleaning from now on. Thank you for your help!

Called this morning due to an unforeseen plumbing emergency. We needed the septic pumped, asap. The woman on the phone said they were booked for two weeks out, but she was going to look into it for us. She called the driver who had appointments in our area and caught him right before he left our town. Are you serious?? That's a blessing! Tom came fifteen minutes after the receptionist/secretary called back to say they could squeeze us in. Very grateful for the accommodation and kindness! We really appreciate the extra effort made on the whole Diffley & Daughters team for us. Because of your accommodation, we were able to get our plumbing emergency squared away by the afternoon! Friendly staff answered the phone when I called to make and appointment a couple of weeks out. Due to an unforeseen issue with their truck this was a delayed another week or so but they kept me informed and called as soon as the truck was back on the road and came down that same day.

I have used Diffely and Daughters for my septic pumping and for a port-a-john services which we need every summer for outdoor parties because we live on a pond. They are always reliable and very professional. Highly recommend.

I just want to take a moment to say how pleased I am with this company. They have been doing regular maintenance on my home for the past 5 years. But a few days ago we had back up int eh middle of the night.. I called them in the morning and they sent a technician out immediately to take care of the problem. We were all set up 9am! Our septic tank was die for routine pumping and we selected Diffely & Daughters after an online search. The office staff was friendly and helpful over the phone, and the gentleman who came out to pump did an awesome job. We had just had some loam and reseeding done on our lawn the week before and our service technician was mindful and careful not to disturb those areas as he worked. The cost was reasonable and we will definitely call them again for future needs.
